@madhabber93 Why? Because they were smart, responsible and did not wait until the last minute to do something about their situation. They took control of their health, regardless of income. They found a way to make it work, because that is what Americans do.Not this social disease that is coming along thanks to the media called, CLASS WARFARE.Created by the elite that you hate, they are controlling people like you, to be against people who are actually aware like me.Wake up.

@madhabber93 In return their investments give them kickbacks that you'll never hear about, your system is corrupt as well and is not fully controlled by the people, what so ever. That is why you have not been taxed so highly, unlike Canada, the USA has no magical saviors as WE control our own fate and to everyone else asking for a hand out, my grandparents are unemployed, in their 60's, receive only a social security check and DON'T have medicaid but still receive health care.

@madhabber93 While along they had cut major things from their budget, they have no REAL military and they depend on America heavily for military support.Your beloved health care is also paid for (30-40% of the total) by private companies, not you, the people. Why? Because with only 30 million versus 300+ million, along with next to NO finical burden compared to America, private companies are able to invest money into the system that allows you to receive free, but limited, health care.

@madhabber93 I learned from my mistakes and built myself a life, without complaining to everyone and asking for a hand out, I built my own future from my blood, sweat and tears and it is becoming harder and harder as the government grows and imposes more and more rules on companies and retains more and more control.Lastly, the reform in Canada happened in the 60-70's, not 15 years ago.

@madhabber93 I could go on for FOREVER, why it's a bad idea, why you are wrong and what not but it's like talking to a wall. You are talking to a Canadian who has been in school for almost 8 years dealing with social and scientific politics along with economics. I have been on both sides of the fence, rich and poor, sick and uninsured and homeless while wearing rags to riches while driving jags.Because of America, I have been able to get where I am today.
NightOfTheLiving8bit (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
@madhabber93 Explain how this is?Because the Government has already dug deep into the hospitals and doctors here and the Unions have helped destroy a system that could be MUCH MUCH more inexpensive. The Fed has imposed so many legal obligations that out of a hospitals total income, about a whopping 60% of it goes to measures that the Federal Government has imposed, instead of allowing healthcare to be private owned and cheaper.

@madhabber93 It will also have a large part in reducing need for technology based evolution in the medical field as the profit margin is not there and if the Government was making a profit off of it, which is the public's money, there would be massive legal issues and out rage.Even though the major majority of health care in America is private and not Government, America spends more per capita in health care than ANY other country in the world.
NightOfTheLiving8bit (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
@madhabber93 Canada can afford the health care that ONLY COVERS around 60% of it's residents, not including waiting list, etc.Such as laser eye surgery, average waiting list in Canada 7 weeks, USA....3-6 day's.The same goes with most to all of major surgeries.Once the Government owns all of the health care system, they can now dictate to where and who you go to see and what kind of treatment you will and will not get.
NightOfTheLiving8bit (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
@madhabber93 And there for control 99% of the consumer goods in America and eventually can rule a monopoly if they wished as they would have killed ALL other healthy competition. That is just from a simple, less complicated stand point of course there comes much more issues with this as people will become so dependent on their Government for their health and sole being of life, that social moral and productivity will decline within a 10 year rate.
NightOfTheLiving8bit (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
@madhabber93 If the USA increased that number to 312 Million, or even half of that then we would see a much larger and severe amount of debt, tax increase and a massive spike in inflation, which means a spike in minimum wage, etc which MOST companies are having a hard time paying alone which means that only the big billion dollar companies that outsource most of their work, will only be able to hire Americans. |
