You missed the point. And is bell ringer the name of a man or is bell ringer a fictitious name that is a title used to call a man by for what he do? From birth people are using a name made up by the State instead of their Cristian Name they were given at birth. Christian Name = Given Name = First Name and Middle Name "IF" A Middle Name was given. Otherwise just the First Name. Man has NO LAST Name. Only Family Name which is NOT part of the Given Name.

He has claim to everything everyone recieves despite the passing of time and changing of tradition.
