A full-term fetus doesn't even know it's alive. If a mother is going to carry around a fetus inside of her for over half a year and then choose to abort I assume she has a damn good reason! And since the thing hasn't ever been aware of its own existence, who cares! The people killed on 9/11 were sentient, had the conscious desire to keep on living, had several family and friends in their life who were dependent on/bonded to them, etc. Plus the woman has the right not to give birth.
