@BrendonJD how did you get over that hurdle. I guess, does the job and your beliefs conflict. I have thought about joining the military a lot, but I worry about being disheartened. I too am a libertarian, and if the need arises I believe in picking up a weapon in defense of my country, and the constitution, and my own freedom.

@diapasonify and how is that a problem? the public policy they promote is against the priviliges corporations get nowadays (like subsidies). they wanna get rid of crony capitalism. besides, many think tanks are funded by corporations, libertarian think tanks, progressive think tanks, conservative think tanks, even the website moveon.org receives money from corporations. and last, it's not like corporations are all bad
