I DONT WANT TO LIVE ON THIS WORLD ANYMORE.The last thing we need right now is a strong dollar... It sounds good but it will cause a multitude of problems. One's spending is another incomes, if the dollar appreciated, no one would spend or invest because they would be getting a return on holding money. That's why we need inflation now, interest rates are already at the lower limit and a little bit of inflation would offset the increased savings made by deleveraging businesses.

@bradq (Stupid 500 char limit) The reason I say that is because if you find a candidate that you're 100%, undeniably, completely for, then there's something you've overlooked or haven't been told.Every candidate right now has something to be upset about, including Obama and including Ron Paul. The question is who you're less pissed off with.

@bradq Well I'll just make the following points and depart on these notes:I used to support Ron Paul. It wasn't liberal or conservative media however that turned me away--it was Paul's own words. I won't get into what those words are right now, because I want to leave you curious and I want you to come to your own conclusions as to why I was turned away from him.I urge you simply, before you vote do research. If you haven't found something that you disagree with on any candidate, look again.

@17589 well. i am not entirely sold on Ron Paul. However. I am dead set against the others. i always say that "if I needed a president then I would vote for RP". I am a big proponent of autonomy and self determination. Of being my own authority. the corps stand in the way of that concept by keeping everyone on their heels. At the end of the day People are too tired to do anything but drink beer and watch TV. Our imaginations are thwarted by stress resulting from shitty supervisors and the like.

@17589 probably because salt was needed more. it was illegal to make salt at one time I do believe. and may still be for the average joe. corporations are good at creating scarcity and charging through the nose for whatever they have made scarce.

the value of gold has not changed in thousands of years. Gold is not at an all time high. The dollar is at an all time low.
