Robert Kiyosaki says: "Why not build a network marketing business in your spare time? Why not build something you control and you own?" Here is the one I do in my spare time. It is really fun - Check it out!rjpetersondotworldventuresdotbiz

they pick the wrong company. they don't devote enough time. but the #1 thing is picking a unstable company. There are things to look for in a Network Marketing company, that is foundation, PRODUCTS, and most of all COMPENSATION PLAN.

Amway is a bust! there are more legit networking companies out there, that their compensation plan actually works.

"No one is outright dismissing education, but the notion that if you don't have a college degree you won't become anything" - AWSure. True enough.

No one is outright dismissing education, but the notion that if you don't have a college degree you won't become anything is obviously incorrect.Hands on knowledge is key, and not everyone has the will or the knowledge to be able to accomplish something as great as bill gates has.

"You go to college to become an employee..while Bill Gates dropped out of HARVARD and became one of the richest men in the world..." - AWSure, but I wouldn't dismiss education outright. Sure, universities can be a bit elitist in their approach to the word but in the end its not about the books so much as the "network". Bill Gates met Ballmer at Harvard.

"how does the average person(without momma and daddies help) obtain the financing for the business. Keeping in mind the average persons credit is not that great" - agentFirst off, by dispensing with the sarcasm.I can't stand people who ask for business advice perched on their self-percieved "high-horse".

Also, Robert Kiyosaki always says " owning your own business makes more sense"..OK we all know that, but what Robert and many other speakers and so -called mentors like him fail to mention, is how does the average person(without momma and daddies help) obtain the financing for the business. Keeping in mind the average ersons credit is not that great.

Robert Kiyosaki is a great motivational read, but as far as substance, it really doesnt hold up in practice. Even Kiyosaki himself wasa spokesperson for Amway(or whatever they call themselves now) and he tried working the business model and admitted it was an unworkable business model.I have read all Kiyosakis books and they are great for motivation, but Personally I need results I am already motivated.

Those who break conformity are the ones who are most successful..You go to college to become an employee..while Bill Gates dropped out of HARVARD and became one of the richest men in the world...
