Equality can only achieved by the forced redistribution of wealth, which heavily infringes one's freedom. A free society doen't guarantee succes, it enables you to pursue succes, but also enables people to fail, like it would enable the banks to fail, instead of bail them out on the cost of the tax payer. The rights of the people won't be destroyed as long as there's a constitution and a force maintaining it. Please explain to me how wealthy people would destroy people's rights

"Gay marriage" would be yet another Big Government Institution, that the majority would be forced to deal with by Big Government."Gay marriage" is ANTI-liberty: specifically, it runs against Freedom of Association, via stepping on people's right to freely non-associate (and not give benefits at work to those in a "gay marriage", etc, which would be forced upon businesses by Big Government).
