@Marasma101 I wouldn't go that far. He just has a decent ideology and he's not corrupt. It's better than anything else we go though.

Ron paul says things nobody wants to hear or are too dumb to accept. We have had this propaganda that we are the greatest nation on earth blown up our asses since childhood. It's time to wake up and realize people hate the US and why. It is not our job to police the world.

Before US involvement in WW2 Roosevelt was for joining the war on the Allied side but couldn't get enough support. Cutting off the oil supply to Japan forced Japan to react. Their only option for oil was the Dutch East Indies and to do that they needed to take out the British and American Pacific naval presence. This is what Iranian sanctions are about. Forcing Iran to react to give reason for war. It's the old trick of backing someone into a corner so you can say they threw the first punch.

... when president paul tries to do something for the citizens and congress says no... i believe he will go on tv & internet and tell the people that congress is stopping him from keeping his word to the people ... congressional phones and emails will be jammed people will take to the streets none of this kiss ass stuff we have seen in the past ...it could happen ....

@cabbagesftw I completely agree, but Congress won't see it that way. They look at Ron Paul and see a guy who wants to get rid of the Federal Reserve and IRS, which we really depend on in their eyes, and who wants our military activity to be zero, which scares them.I'm completely on Ron Paul's side here, but I'm just saying that most Washington politicians won't be in legislation. |
