Just follow the laws of the Constitution, only this time it is not a democracy, it's a REPUBLIC for which we stand and stick to it. Focus on the original ten amendments written by James Madison.

HELLO! Isn't it the Constitution we all seek to uphold? Well,..... there in lay the guidelines for a free and just society which include a "citien's power of arrest". Pratice those sets of checks and balances on your own as a model of a constitutionally free REPUBLIC, and all act acordingly. Rebuild a constitutional court system amongst your own people with a senate, etc. so that it can grow into the CONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNMENT we are supposed to have.

Force can be justified if it is defensive. All I am asking is that our society deem only laws which prohibit people from harming others, as legitimate.I also ask that we be consistant, and not allow any members of society, no matter what position they hold, to initiate agressive force on others.

If you don't understand that there is no such thing as a voluntary society then maybe you really have no business commenting on this discussion.Every society (state or stateless) will use force to perpetuate its existence or to uphold codes, traditions, laws that it deems to be legitimate or justified.
