Absolutely, the government failed its people. It was a planned failure and they are laughing all the way to the bank. When government controls business you have communism and when business controls government you have fascism. The market will has to adjust and people will lose jobs. Unfortunately, mass marketing makes it too easy for people to get credit and into debt. Banks and big business have planned it well. We have to be smarter and self educate.

I kind of agree. But you know, they are the ones failing, we got robbed of our wealth by greedy corporatism, and wall street bailout people running out of the nation. I say let the crises come. Obama and more inflation/deflation will fail and make it worse for a while. In end we got this cause of our greed, lets pay the debt and start again. Let the market adjust and get used to the idea we are no longer the "worlds" wealthiest country ,and we now have to work again,we done that before and well

Your point about not voting for well-funded candidates is valid. If only that worked, they stuff the ballot boxes, remove voters from lists and steal the election with the Supreme Court. Gore won the popular vote, but the election was stolen from him. Obama was installed as president and McCain would have been another Bush. Actually, they both are just like Bush just a different package.

The corruption stops when we all decide to stop voting for well-funded, mainstream candidates. I'd like to see Ron Paul run for the presidency in 2012.

I saw a lot of bad press on Ron Paul, they were brutal with him...guess they can't stand the truth. You are right the people who won't vote for Ron Paul are the ones who benefit from taxes, war, etc. We can all hope for the best.

If Ron Paul runs in 2012. Vote for this man IN THE PRIMARYS! We need to quit complaining about how the not so popular candidates never get voted for. Well, vote for them in the primarys damn it!
