Economic Meltdown Not a Surprise for Everyone

Peter Schiff predicted the meltdown of our economy on this Aug. 28, 2006 Kudlow & Company program. He describes with uncanny accuracy exactly what we are experiencing today.

I wonder if Art Laffer, so-called Economist, ever sent Mr Schiff the penny he owes him.
He said then, “The wealth of the average American household has been going UP.”
“This economy is driven by good economic policy, by good monetary policy, by good trade policy, and it’s working beautifully.”

It sounds like maybe Mr Laffer is providing John McCain his talking points.
