Anyone note how Ron Paul was all but ignored in last night's CNN Ronald Regan Library debate of 30 January 2008 in police-state California?
It's as if the corporate MEDIA, in it's arrogance, has already determined who should be president.(1) Therefore they covertly ordered Anderson Cooper to direct the lion's share of the questions/air-time towards McCain and Romney. Even Huckabee only got scraps. Ron Paul was blatantly starved, even cut off several times. It's almost as if the corporate media resented the fact that Ron Paul was still in the race, given the fact that Guiliani had "wisely" bowed out, the same cocky Guiliani that chastised Ron Paul in an earlier debate over U.S. foreign policy.(2)

Ron Paul is an inspiration. I look up to a man who can do what is right and never be influenced by people of power. Where else will we in America find a man like this? Many people fear change, but everyone knows we need a change. Why is it so hard for the most adaptable animal in the world to make a change?

According to online polls, Ron Paul's popularity is on the rise. His supporters claim that Paul is a man of integrity who never votes to support legislation not authorized by the constitution. Paul is a maverick politician, whose beliefs and ideological stands are not always in line with those of his party, the GOP. He has, after all, opposed the Iraq war right from the beginning. He continues to press for bringing troops in Iraq-as also on other US military bases-safely home. He has also advocated abolishing the IRS and, getting rid of the Federal Reserve.
